Payment of hospitalization and surgery charges is not expected
at the time services are rendered. We will first file these
charges with your Insurance Company.
However, you are directly responsible for any unpaid balance
on your account. Fees for certain facial cosmetic surgery
are payable at the time of service. If we have filed an insurance
claim for you and no payment or rejection notice has been
received within 30 days from the date of filing, we encourage

standing. Any overpayment will be refunded to you. Refunds
are done on the 30th of each month.

Children who are accompanied by someone other than parents
or immediate family should have a medical history or other
important information available for review. Medical treatment
is often contingent upon what has previously been done by
other physicians. If parents cannot accompany their child,
please relay this information through the person bringing
the child to the office.
SINUS DISEASE PATIENTS:
Patients with known or suspected sinus disease can help us
by bringing imaging reports or a CD of sinus imaging for review.
FACIAL PLASTIC & RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY:
Please allow time for consultation and photography as well
as discussion regarding surgical expectations. The following
are among the procedures available: Rhinoplasty- Plastic surgery
of the nose. Can correct the air passage, size or shape of
the nose. Otoplasty - Surgery of the ear. Can correct the
shape or contour of the ear. Hair Replacement Surgery - Hair
Transplantation, MicroGrafting, Scalp Reduction, Scalp Flap
Surgery. Scar Revision - Revision of poorly-healed, hypertrophied
or pigmented scars.
Cape County Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, P.C.
has a Clinical Audiologist that provides audiology
services. These include hearing testing, speech understanding
and discrimination testing, and tympanometry to test middle
ear function. These tests are scheduled with an exam by Dr. Schroeder.
THYROID, PARATHYROID OR GOITER CONDITIONS:
Patients with known thyroid or parathyroid disease, including goiter, cysts or nodules can help us by having imaging studies and pertinent laboratory results sent to the office by their referring physician.
VOICE CHANGES OR HOARSENESS:
These concerns can be evaluated with appropriate treatment recommended .
